False alarms occur because of my motion detector when the alarm system is on.

If you have a pet at home, we recommend you to use the pet-immune motion sensor ES-D2A, which does not detect animals (up to 25 kg). If false alarms are not caused by a pet, Avoid mounting the detector close to windows, air conditioner, heater, refrigerator, oven, sunshine and places where the temperature changes fast or where the air stream flows frequently. If you have place the detector in to narrow spaces, please try ES-D8A (curtain motion sensor) which has a vertical angle detection instead of horizontal angle detection.
