I cannot communicate with my alarm from a distance ( by phone or sms)

Check out the following things:

1. Is there enough network coverage at the place where the alarm is hanging?
2. Does the card fit securely into the cardholder?
3. Has the PIN been deleted?
4. Is the subscription still in order?

Do following steps : 

1. Send a "6" to the alarm by SMS, get a list back ( 1-5) copy/paste it into a new message and program your phone number next to no. 1.
2. Send the message back to your alarm.
3. Rreply to the alarm with "OK".
4. You can communicate with the alarm using the SMS codes and the app.
